Whatfix Deepens AI-powered Digital Suite to Reduce Clinician Burnout

The new AI suite will feature integrated solutions such as Whatfix’s Digital Adoption Platform, Mirror for simulated and AI roleplay-based training, and product analytics.

Whatfix, a global healthtech company focusing on SaaS-based digital adoption platforms (DAP), has launched its healthcare industry vertical, comprising an AI-powered digital suite designed to streamline EHR use and reduce clinician burden.

The new AI suite will feature integrated solutions such as Whatfix’s Digital Adoption Platform, Mirror for simulated and AI roleplay-based training, and product analytics.

Powered by Screensense, Whatfix’s proprietary AI technology interprets user intent and application context to deliver real-time guidance, adaptive support, and intelligent content creation within clinical workflows.

Commenting on the new launch, Khadim Batti, CEO and Co-founder of Whatfix, said, “Our healthcare launch, expanding on our work in Life Sciences, reflects our commitment to improving care through digital adoption. We are not just entering a new market; we are building our success to solve the critical EHR usability crisis that is contributing to burnout across the care spectrum.”

Reportedly, during the early deployment of the AI suite, it demonstrated measurable outcomes, including significant time saved every week for clinicians up to 113 hours.

It further redirected toward patient care, accelerated provider onboarding for online portals and appointment systems up to 10 times, along with improved accuracy in patient billing workflows.

Moreover, to implement its rollout, Whatfix has made a significant investment in a specialized, full-lifecycle team of healthcare experts, including customer support specialists, implementation consultants, and product developers.
