No Refund/No Cancellation

Once a DHN+ plan has been purchased through our website, we are unable to offer a refund or cancel your subscription under any circumstances. In addition, DHN+ subscriptions cannot be transferred to another individual. We encourage all subscribers to carefully consider their requirements before purchasing a plan.

Failed Transactions

In the unlikely event of a transaction failure during the subscription purchase process due to technical reasons or issues with the payment gateway, the transaction amount will be refunded to your account within 5–7 working days. This policy ensures that any inconvenience caused by technical difficulties is addressed promptly, ensuring peace of mind when subscribing to Digital Health News (DHN+).
Please note that while we strive to process refunds within the specified timeframe, the actual timing may vary depending on your bank or financial institution’s policies.
