Samsung Health Introduces Latest Features, Integrates with PharmEasy & Tata 1mg

Users can order medicines, book diagnostic tests and lab services, and schedule online doctor consultations.

Samsung Electronics has introduced a new feature called “Find Care” within the Samsung Health app, in collaboration with Indian healthtech players PharmEasy and Tata 1mg.

The collaboration seeks to streamline access to healthcare services by removing the need to navigate between multiple applications.

The newly introduced feature is designed to provide users with direct access to a wide range of healthcare services through PharmEasy and Tata 1mg, while enhancing the overall wellness experience.

Currently, the Samsung Health app allows users to monitor and track their heart rate, blood pressure, ECG reading sleep patterns, and calorie intake in addition to medication alerts and access to digital health records.

The addition of the Find Care feature will allow users to order medicines online through integrated pharmacy services, book diagnostic tests and lab services without leaving the app, and schedule online doctor consultations via partner platforms.

With the integration of pharmacy, diagnostics, and teleconsultation services within its wellness ecosystem, Samsung aims to deepen its footprint in India’s expanding digital health market and establish a unified, user-centric healthcare experience.

Kyungyun Roo, Managing Director, Samsung Research Institute, Noida, said, “Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible and convenient for everyone. By integrating th‘Find Care’ Service in the Samsung Health app, we are taking a significant step towards achieving this vision. ‘Find Care’ has been thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving needs of our users. We are committed to continuously innovating and enhancing our services to improve our users’ experience.”

Further, as a part of the collaboration, PharmEasy will offer Samsung Health users a six-month complimentary PharmEasy Plus membership after their first transaction via the Samsung Health app.

Reflecting his thoughts on the partnership, Gaurav Verma, Chief Business Officer at PharmEasy (API Holdings), said, “Our collaboration with Samsung Health marks a significant step in integrating everyday technology with accessible healthcare. This partnership offers added savings, free delivery benefits, and much more. It empowers users with greater value, accessibility, and control over their healthcare journey.”

The new feature is scheduled to go live on 24th February 2026.
