Meril Unveils Latest Robotic Surgery System MIZZO ENDO 4000

This breakthrough technology is engineered to enhance surgical precision, reduce operation times, and improve patient safety in minimally invasive procedures.

Meril, a pioneer in the Indian medtech sector, has unveiled MIZZO ENDO 4000, the latest advanced robotic system for soft tissue surgery.

This breakthrough technology is engineered to enhance surgical precision, reduce operation times, and improve patient safety in minimally invasive procedures.

The Mizzo Endo 4000 is designed for a wide range of surgical applications, including general, colorectal, urological, and gynecological procedures. Its robotic arms, integrated imaging capabilities, and real-time feedback system allow surgeons to perform complex operations with unprecedented accuracy.

KEY FEATURES

At its core, the system integrates AI-powered 3D anatomical mapping, an open console design, and 5G-enabled telesurgery capabilities, creating a seamless, borderless surgical ecosystem.

The AI-Integrated 3D Reconstruction Software provides real-time mapping for precise surgical planning and execution. As per the company, the system also has DICOM Viewing Technology that enables advanced pre-visualization of patient anatomy for better decision-making.

Further, its 5G-Powered Telesurgery & Remote Training facilitates cross-border surgeries and remote surgical education, and it also includes Universal Visit Cart, which is adaptable across multiple surgical modalities, ensuring flexibility in the operating room.

Speaking about the significance of the launch, Vivek Shah, CEO of Meril, said, “ The Mizzo Endo 4000 is not just a technological advancement- it is a statement of intent.”

“This system is designed to deliver safer, minimally invasive procedures with faster recovery and better outcomes for patients. In the coming years, we envision this innovation transforming surgical care across the country and positioning India as a global hub for MedTech. Our vision is to make advanced robotic surgery more accessible, scalable, and transformative not only for India but for healthcare systems worldwide,” Shah added.

Last year, Meril had launched another surgical system, MISSO, an indigenously developed robot designed for knee replacement procedures. This launch further reinforces Meril’s mission of “More to Life”, advancing healthcare not just for those who can afford it, but for everyone who needs it.
