DocGo Acquires SteadyMD for $25 Mn to Expand Telehealth Services

The deal aims to bring SteadyMD’s nationwide virtual provider network will now be integrated into DocGo’s broader portfolio, which features mobile health clinicians, medical transportation services, and in-home care offerings for value-based and population health arrangements.

New York-based telehealth and medical transportation company, DocGo, has announced the acquisition of telehealth provider SteadyMD for $25Mn.

This deal seeks to provide at-home care through mobile health clinicians and a network of virtual care providers.

As per the agreement, the deal aims to bring SteadyMD’s nationwide virtual provider network will now be integrated into DocGo’s broader portfolio, which features mobile health clinicians, medical transportation services, and in-home care offerings for value-based and population health arrangements.

SteadyMD delivers telehealth services for digital health companies, labs, pharmacies, employers, and other healthcare innovators. The company offers a 50-state virtual clinician workforce for clinical operations and uses technology that powers real-time matching to match patient needs and clinical expertise.

While virtual healthcare provider DocGo leverages its advanced technology and healthcare professionals to provide population health programs for government agencies, value-based care solutions for payers, medical transport services for hospitals, and mobile healthcare services designed to keep patients at home and reduce hospital visits.
