Campbell County Health Adopts Abridge’s Ambient AI to Streamline Clinical Documentation

The Ambient AI tool captures real-time clinician–patient conversations and automatically generates structured documentation that is integrated directly into the Healthcare System’s Epic EHR system.

Campbell County Health (CCH), a rural health system based in Gillette, Wyoming, has adopted Abridge's Ambient AI technology for clinical documentation to enhance patient care and reduce clinician burnout.

The Ambient AI tool captures real-time clinician–patient conversations and automatically generates structured documentation that is integrated directly into the Healthcare System’s Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.

The platform aims to simplify the documentation process, enabling clinicians to focus more on listening, addressing patient questions, and delivering personalized care.

The AI platform is designed to support clinicians in producing clear, detailed visit notes during patient appointments, which is expected to reduce administrative task time, enhance communication across the care team, and strengthen overall care coordination.

In addition, once documentation is completed, patients can conveniently access their visit summaries and dictation through their MyChart account, allowing them to review their care information at any time.
