Truevis Technologies & Neusoft Medical Inks MoU with SMC Clinics to Set Up 300 Radiology Centers

The partners are forecasting an investment of approximately INR 1,000 crore over the next five years to support equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance.

Leading manufacturer in medtech, Truevis Technologies, and Neusoft Medical Systems have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SMC Clinics to establish 300 clinician-owned radiology and diagnostic centers over the next five years.

The partnership aims to deploy advanced imaging technologies, including X-Ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and PET CT systems in Tier II, Tier III towns and smaller cities, designed to address gaps in early disease detection and offer high-quality diagnostics closer to underserved populations.

Under the agreement, the partners are forecasting an investment of approximately INR 1,000 crore over the next five years to support equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance, backed by a clinician-centric model that empowers radiologists to own and operate their practices.

Under the partnership, both companies will deliver end-to-end support for sourcing advanced imaging equipment, vendor coordination, installation, and lifecycle maintenance at preferential rates, leveraging Budget-boosted local supply chains.

Further, SMC Clinics (Service & Enablement Partner) will manage operational planning, referral networks, branding, and draw on Swadhin Trust’s institutional expertise for nationwide rollout.
