Park Medi World Approves Panchkula Multispecialty Hospital Launch, Expands Mohali Super-Speciality Facility
With the addition of the Panchkula hospital and the Mohali expansion, the company’s consolidated bed capacity across the Tricity region is projected to reach around 850 beds.
Park Medi World has approved the launch of a new multispecialty hospital in Panchkula, Haryana, while also approving a capacity expansion at its Grecian Super Speciality Hospital in Mohali.
The upcoming Panckula facility has been designed to accommodate up to 350 beds and will offer tertiary and quaternary care services across multiple specialities.
It will also include advanced diagnostics, modern operating theatres, and critical care infrastructure to support complex treatments.
The hospital is expected to become operational from March 29, 2026, and shall serve patients across Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh.
Alongside the Panchkula facility, the board has initiated expansion at Grecian Super Speciality Hospital in Mohali, adding another 150 beds to its existing 350-bed capacity, taking the total capacity to 500 beds.
The Mohali expansion project is estimated to cost around INR 40 crore and will be funded through the internal accruals of RGS Healthcare.
The facility, operated by RGS Healthcare, shall focus on strengthening high-acuity clinical capabilities, with major investments in Oncology, Neurosciences, Gastro Sciences, and Robotic Surgeries.
Further, the expansion pipeline also features enhancing the robotic joint replacement capabilities along with advanced and minimally invasive treatment options.
