MedRabbits Unveils New Clinic with Integrated Healthcare Services

MedRabbits, a Pune-based home healthcare service provider, has launched a new clinic aimed at providing integrated healthcare services, including consultations, diagnostics, and treatment, under one roof.

The clinic is designed to streamline the patient journey by enabling end-to-end care, including diagnosis, treatment, and continuity of care from initial consultation to follow-up within a single ecosystem

This integrated model seeks to bridge the gap between home-based care and institutional treatment by allowing the patients to seamlessly choose between care settings while accessing services and needs.

The newly launched clinic will provide a range of outpatient services, including physician consultations, diagnostic testing, and pharmacy support.

Its Diagnostic capabilities include routine lab investigations, electrocardiograms (ECG), treadmill tests (TMT), imaging services such as X-ray and sonography, as well as audiometry.

In addition, the clinic also aims to deliver specialized services in areas such as dental and eye care.

Commenting on the launch of the new facility, Suhasini Deshmukh, Co-Founder and Director at MedRabbits, said, “The opening of the MedRabbits Clinic represents an important step in our journey to make quality healthcare more accessible and integrated. With this move, MedRabbits plans to expand the organisation’s integrated healthcare model by combining its home healthcare services with a dedicated clinical infrastructure.

Founded in 2018, MedRabbits operates across key urban cities, including Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai, with plans for further expansion of domestic and international markets.

The company operates a technology-enabled integrated home healthcare platform, offering a wide range of services such as nursing care, elderly care, physiotherapy, lab diagnostics, medical equipment support, and doctor consultations, including video consultations.

Its platform enables patients or caregivers to book services via a mobile app, website, or WhatsApp, while consolidating medical records and reports in a single interface.

The healthcare provider also leverages technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT) for real-time health monitoring, service coordination, and proactive care delivery.
