Livlong 365 Launches Nationwide Diagnostic Lab Marketplace

The new initiative seeks to simplify access to diagnostic services in India by enabling users to navigate, compare, and book diagnostic tests from multiple certified laboratory partners through a single digital interface.

Mumbai-based healthtech and OPD insurance platform, Livlong 365, has announced the launch of India’s first nationwide diagnostic lab marketplace.

The new initiative seeks to simplify access to diagnostic services in India, which are often dispersed across providers with inconsistent pricing and disconnected booking systems.

The platform is designed to enable users to navigate, compare, and book diagnostic tests from multiple certified laboratory partners through a single digital interface.

By combining multiple labs under one roof, the platform aims to improve transparency, accessibility, and convenience for users.

In its initial phase, the platform’s marketplace features more than 19,000 PIN codes across over 800 cities and includes partnerships with more than 35 certified laboratories.

Commenting on the new initiative, Gaurav Dubey, Founder and CEO of Livlong 365, said, “Diagnostics is an essential part of everyday healthcare, and it should never feel complicated or out of reach. As we expand across cities and emerging markets, our focus remains on ensuring quality, transparency, and access for every user.”

Further, the startup plans to scale its footprint to 2,000–2,500 locations while strengthening its presence across the metro and non-metro markets.

Additionally, the platform also allows users to book multiple diagnostic tests in a single journey, with options for home sample collection or visits to diagnostic centers, depending on availability.

With the new launch, Livlong 365 aims to strengthen its integrated OPD-led healthcare ecosystem, while targeting a 2–4% market share in the diagnostics segment by FY2028 and expand its centralized marketplace model.
