The collaboration also includes applications targeting hospital length of stay, pharmacy capture, and enterprise KPI monitoring.

Domo, a Utah-based AI & Data Products Platform, has partnered with Regional One Health Solutions (ROHS), the commercial technology branch of Regional One Health, Tennessee, to deploy AI-powered healthcare workflows built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), helping healthcare organizations turn data insights into real-time action.

The joint solution has been developed using AWS infrastructure and incorporates applications created by ROHS within a Level-1 trauma centre environment.

“This is what AI looks like in production,” said Matt Mecham, Chief Customer Officer at Domo. “When you combine AWS, Domo’s ability to turn data into applications and workflows, and ROHS’s proven healthcare solutions, you move beyond experimentation. You get AI that is embedded into the business and driving outcomes in day-to-day operations.”

One of the applications, SmartRev, focuses on revenue cycle management. The tool consolidates claims, denials, and payment information into a single platform to identify reimbursement opportunities and support follow-up actions through integrated workflows.

According to the companies, one implementation uncovered more than USD 5 Mn in potential revenue opportunities within three months while also reducing dependence on external vendors.

Another application, PxEngine, uses artificial intelligence to analyze patient feedback in real time and translate findings into action plans within nursing workflows.

Early deployment results showed improvements in patient experience measures, including Responsiveness to Call Lights, moving from the 30th percentile to the 90th percentile.

The collaboration also includes applications targeting hospital length of stay, pharmacy capture, and enterprise KPI monitoring.

While originally developed in large hospital environments, the solutions are intended to scale across a range of healthcare settings, including community clinics and qualified health centres.
