The collaboration comes as pharmaceutical manufacturers increasingly move toward unified traceability platforms to address evolving regulatory requirements and rising supply chain complexity across global markets.
Annora Pharma has expanded its collaboration with AltiusHub to deploy an AI-native serialization and traceability platform across its global export operations.
The rollout is aimed at improving serialization efficiency by up to 45% while enabling real-time visibility across 100% of serialized drug products within three months, according to the companies.
Annora Pharma, the formulations subsidiary of Hetero Group, said the deployment will support compliance requirements across regulated export markets, including the United States, European Union, GCC countries, Latin America, and ASEAN regions.
The platform integrates serialization, aggregation, and regulatory reporting into a unified system connected with Annora Pharma’s Level 3 packaging infrastructure. The companies said the deployment replaces fragmented legacy systems that have traditionally required multiple vendor integrations and manual oversight.
AltiusHub stated that its AI-driven analytics and automated exception management capabilities are designed to improve operational efficiency, speed up issue resolution, and strengthen compliance oversight across packaging and export workflows.
The companies added that the implementation has already resulted in faster serialization processing, improved packaging floor productivity, and enhanced visibility across export supply chains.
The collaboration comes as pharmaceutical manufacturers increasingly move toward unified traceability platforms to address evolving regulatory requirements and rising supply chain complexity across global markets.
“As supply chains become more complex, limited data access in legacy systems is becoming a growing challenge,” said Dr. Bhaskar Reddy, Director at Hetero Group. He added that pharmaceutical companies are increasingly looking for systems that offer greater control over data, workflows, and compliance management.
Sridhar Reddy, Operations Head at Annora Pharma, said the platform has helped improve real-time operational visibility and issue resolution across packaging and dispatch processes.
AltiusHub Managing Director Siddharth Reddy said the deployment demonstrates a shift away from slower, vendor-dependent serialization models toward AI-driven systems designed for faster implementation and scalability.
Founded less than two years ago, AltiusHub said it currently supports serialization and compliance operations across more than 50 regulated markets. These include the US Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), the European Union’s Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD), Saudi Arabia’s SFDA requirements, the UAE’s Tatmeen system, and Russia’s Chestny ZNAK regulations.
The company also supports pharmaceutical traceability programs linked to public health supply initiatives across African markets.
