Yatharth Hospital Acquires Agra’s Shantived Hospital in INR 260 Cr All-Cash Deal
Acquisition marks Yatharth’s entry into Agra with the city’s first corporate hospital, expanding its super speciality footprint across North India.

Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Ltd, a leading super speciality healthcare group in North India, has announced the acquisition of a 100% stake in Shantived Institute of Medical Sciences (Shantived Hospital), Agra, at a valuation of ₹260 crore in an all-cash transaction.

Shantived Hospital is a multi-speciality facility spread across 1,65,000 sq. ft. with 150 operational beds and an expandable capacity of 250 beds. NABH-accredited and empanelled with leading insurers and government schemes, the hospital generated revenues of around ₹50 crore in FY2025 while operating at 35% occupancy.

Yatharth Hospital expects the facility to contribute meaningfully to its topline and bottom line from Day 1 of integration. The Group also aims to scale revenue and profitability by significantly enhancing occupancy and operational efficiency in the coming years.

Commenting on the acquisition, Yatharth Tyagi, Director, Yatharth Hospitals, said, “This strategic acquisition strengthens Yatharth Hospital’s footprint in Uttar Pradesh and enhances our position as an integrated healthcare leader in North India. By establishing the first corporate hospital in the city of Taj, we aim to serve a large population whose need for advanced super speciality care has remained underserved. With excellent connectivity via the Delhi-Agra highway and Yamuna Expressway, the facility will also serve as a feeder for oncology and organ transplant patients to our established hospitals across the NCR region.”

With this acquisition, Yatharth becomes the first corporate hospital group in Agra, expanding access to advanced super speciality care while bolstering its regional healthcare network.
