Mulk Technology Launches AI-Powered Digital Hospital Platform with OnClarity USA
The platform combines Mulk Technology’s Hospital Management System (HMS) with OnClarity USA’s AI-based patient experience solutions.
Mulk Technology, a UAE-based healthcare technology company, has launched an AI-powered digital hospital platform for India and international markets through a strategic partnership with New York-based OnClarity USA, signed in Dubai.
The platform integrates hospital management, AI-enabled revenue cycle management, and patient engagement tools to connect clinical, financial, and patient-facing operations.
“We are excited to bring AI health technology to the UAE, Africa, and India as digital transformation reshapes healthcare delivery worldwide. We have delivered telehealth to over 1.5 million insurance members in the UAE and in Africa through the DR Congo; we are in the final stages of implementation in India, and we have signed an MOU with the Maldives,” Dr Nawab Shafi Ul Mulk, Founder of Mulk Technology, said.
The platform combines Mulk Technology’s Hospital Management System (HMS) with OnClarity USA’s AI-based patient experience solutions.
Its 22 AI-enabled modules cover patient registration, electronic medical records (EMR), laboratory and radiology management, pharmacy, billing, insurance claims, telehealth, and patient applications, all operating on a single database.
The integrated system links clinical orders, procedures, bed-days, and consumables with patient billing, helping hospitals identify discrepancies before discharge. Its AI capabilities also support insurance claims preparation, medical coding, documentation checks, and validation against payer rules and pre-authorisation requirements.
Hospital staff can prioritise pending claims, identify potential duplicates, and review rejected claims for resubmission, while retaining responsibility for checking and approving claims.
OnClarity USA contributes AI-powered patient engagement tools designed to operate across WhatsApp, voice calls, SMS, web chat and mobile applications. The patient support system is designed to handle appointment bookings, reminders and query routing around the clock in more than 40 languages.
An AI-assisted tool also provides hospital staff with relevant patient history and policy-related information during interactions.
The platform’s Voice of the Patient solution analyses calls, chats, online reviews and surveys to identify recurring concerns. These insights are intended to help healthcare providers identify service gaps and improve complaint resolution.
“Hospitals don’t have a technology shortage. They have a fragmentation problem, and patients are caught in the middle. With Dr Mulk and his team, we are giving hospitals one platform that follows the patient from the first call to the final claim, with results they can measure,” Abed Kasaji, Co-Founder and CEO of OnClarity USA, said.
Beyond hospital operations, the platform includes white-labelled telehealth kiosks that providers can deploy at locations such as offices, pharmacies and shopping malls.
Patients can use these kiosks to consult hospital doctors through video calls, with on-site medicine dispensing also supported. An AI Longevity Module is designed to help providers develop physician-led preventive home-care programmes linked to laboratory testing.
For India, the platform supports the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), including ABHA creation and linking during registration and consent-based health record sharing across ABDM-linked facilities.
The cloud-based, subscription-priced solution is configured for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, and imaging centres. Providers can adopt the complete platform or add its AI capabilities to existing systems.
The platform’s adoption will depend on implementation, compatibility with existing hospital systems, data governance, and its ability to demonstrate measurable improvements in operational efficiency, claims processing, and patient experience.
