Clinics On Cloud Raises INR 120 Cr in Series A Funding at INR 600 Cr Valuation
Clinics On Cloud plans to use the INR 120 Cr funding to accelerate international expansion, beginning with the UAE, while targeting markets in Africa, the United States, and Southeast Asia.
Clinics On Cloud has raised INR 120 Cr in Series A funding at a valuation of INR 600 Cr, with investment from Dubai-based healthcare investment platform Model42.
The Pune-based healthtech startup will use the capital to expand internationally and strengthen its AI-enabled healthcare infrastructure.
"Quality healthcare should never depend on someone's PIN code. We started eight years ago with a vision to make preventive healthcare as accessible as an ATM. Today, this investment marks a defining milestone in our journey and an opportunity to take Indian healthcare innovation to the world. Our ambition is to build the infrastructure layer for the global microclinic economy," said Abhay Agarwal, Founder and CEO of Clinics On Cloud.
Founded in 2018 by Abhay Agarwal and Manashrri Agarwal, Clinics On Cloud has developed its business through eight years of bootstrapped growth. The company reports more than 3,500 installations, over 12 million health screenings and operations across more than eight countries.
Clinics On Cloud develops technology-enabled healthcare infrastructure designed to extend preventive screening and primary healthcare services beyond conventional hospitals and diagnostic centres.
Its solutions aim to support access to basic healthcare services in workplaces, remote locations and other settings where conventional healthcare facilities may be difficult to access.
Initially focused on Health ATMs, the company has expanded its portfolio to include AI-enabled Health Lounges, Box Clinics and Mobile Medical Units.
These solutions combine diagnostic equipment, digital health technology, AI-powered health insights and telemedicine to support connected healthcare delivery.
The company's infrastructure serves a range of potential users, including governments, hospitals, defence establishments and corporate organisations seeking to establish accessible healthcare facilities.
Its broader strategy is to develop infrastructure for a global microclinic network that can deliver preventive screening and primary care across different geographies.
Model42, the investor in the INR 120 Cr Series A round, was co-founded by Timur Kudratov of Enlightened Minds Investments, Dr. Aida Sheikhaliyeva, and Dr. Raees Tonse, founder and CEO of NAZR Ventures.
Clinics On Cloud plans to use the INR 120 Cr funding to accelerate international expansion, beginning with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), while targeting markets in Africa, the United States, and Southeast Asia.
The investment will also support AI-driven diagnostics, research and development, international regulatory compliance, manufacturing expansion, and the development of its global microclinic network.
