Microsoft Teams Integrates Atropos Health’s RWE Platform

California-based Atropos Health has announced the integration of its Evidence Agent with Microsoft Teams.

The new integration is aimed at enabling clinicians to search and access real-world evidence (RWE) directly within the collaboration platform during clinical discussions.

The integration is designed to support multidisciplinary care teams by embedding evidence generation and retrieval into existing workflows.

This is expected to support Clinicians in leveraging the Evidence Agent within Microsoft Teams meetings, such as tumor boards or care coordination sessions, to surface patient-specific, real-world evidence without switching between systems.

The AI-driven agent is designed to analyze patient information and clinical documentation to generate patient-specific insights during discussions, which is expected to help care teams make evidence-based decisions without leaving the Teams environment.

Further, the platform leverages artificial intelligence to analyze de-identified real-world clinical data and generate tailored evidence relevant to specific clinical questions.

By operating within Microsoft Teams, the tool aims to reduce friction in evidence access and support more timely, data-informed decision-making during collaborative care discussions and enhance efficiency.

The integration is part of a broader set of Atropos Health AI tools aimed at embedding RWE into clinical workflows and supporting clinical decision-making at the point of care.

Reportedly, the new integration is built on Atropos Health’s earlier announcement to integrate with Microsoft Dragon Copilot, an AI clinical assistant designed to deliver personalized evidence generated from Stanford data directly into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) at the point of care.
