The Global Capability Centre (GCC) enables scalable and cost-effective solutions for the parent’s health insurance and hospital network.

Kapoor is a healthcare technology veteran with more than 30 years of experience. He was most recently vice president of growth and transformation at Providence India. He has also held leadership roles at Optum, where he headed product engineering, product management, research and innovation, and the Optum Startup Studio India.

“The opportunity to join enGen and contribute to the mission ‘to create remarkable health experience, freeing people to be their best’ is both inspiring and compelling,” Kapoor said.

Earlier in his career, Kapoor worked with Dell Services, CGI, Perot Systems, Edifecs, and RoundGlass Partners in technology and transformation roles.
