HPSCB Partners with M-Swasth to Expand Digital Healthcare Access

The initiative aims to make medical advice, prescriptions, and basic healthcare services more accessible through technology-enabled delivery.

The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) has partnered with M-Swasth Solutions to expand access to affordable digital healthcare services, introducing round-the-clock doctor consultations, video consultations, and family Digital OPD coverage.

The initiative aims to make medical advice, prescriptions, and basic healthcare services more accessible through technology-enabled delivery.

M-Swasth, a Bengaluru-headquartered Digital Healthcare provider, operates a telehealth and telemedicine platform connecting patients with doctors and medical professionals. Its services include virtual outpatient department (OPD) care and e-clinics, with a focus on improving healthcare access in rural and semi-urban communities.

The company has also worked with regional banking institutions in Himachal Pradesh to extend digital healthcare services to underserved populations.

Under the MoU, HPSCB customers will be able to access 24/7 doctor-on-call services and video consultations, with digital prescriptions and SMS prescriptions available at a minimal premium.

The offering is intended to help customers consult doctors without always having to travel to healthcare facilities for medical advice.

The partnership also includes a one-year Digital OPD cover for families comprising up to five members. The coverage provides unlimited doctor consultations, allowing beneficiaries to seek medical advice as needed during the coverage period.

Customers will additionally have access to a network of more than 3,350 e-clinics across India and 47 essential prescribed medicines. The services are expected to provide additional options for people seeking consultations and access to commonly prescribed medicines through M-Swasth's digital healthcare network.

The initiative also covers basic health check-ups, over-the-counter medicines, and quarterly health camps. These services are intended to encourage regular health monitoring and provide customers with additional opportunities to access basic healthcare support.

The agreement builds on M-Swasth's efforts to extend digital healthcare services across Himachal Pradesh. In December 2025, the company collaborated with Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank (HPGB) to establish an e-clinic in Chamba, targeting communities in remote and hilly areas.

M-Swasth has also worked with HPGB and Kangra Central Cooperative Bank to improve access to affordable healthcare in the state.
