Bengaluru-based healthtech startup HAI Suitcase Clinics, a venture of Yuvrus Healthcare Innovations, has secured strategic funding at a post-money valuation of ₹25 crore (approximately $2.9 million).
The new capital infusion is expected to support HAI in expanding its business, developing technology, and scaling its healthcare network.
HAI also plans to use the funding to expand its operating model and strengthen its digital health capabilities.
Founded in 2025 by Satyajeet Pradhan, the Bengaluru-based startup is developing its AI-powered platform that connects patients with doorstep doctor visits and clinic consultations.
Its technology supports appointment booking, real-time location tracking, automated scheduling, digital prescriptions, and secure medical history management.

The approach is intended to advance the delivery of healthcare services in locations where conventional healthcare infrastructure may have limited reach.
The startup further aims to leverage the fresh capital to make healthcare more accessible through its digital healthcare solutions.
As part of its next growth phase, HAI has strengthened its leadership team with experienced industry professionals.
Rakesh Sharma, who has worked with Amazon, Medlife, and Denali Advanced Integration, has joined as Co-founder and COO. Dr. Rajiv Khanna, former Vice President at Entero Healthcare, has joined as Co-founder and Chief Clinical Intelligence Officer.
Samriddhi Bhattacharya, Senior Director at Iron Mountain and former Dell executive, has also joined as an angel investor.
