The collaboration seeks to provide affordable and accessible healthcare services to underserved communities.
PayNearby has partnered with digital health company M-Swasth to improve rural healthcare delivery to establish over 3,800 e-clinics across India.
The collaboration, under PayNearby’s Digital Naari initiative, seeks to provide affordable and accessible healthcare services to underserved communities.
These e-clinics will offer 24x7 digital outpatient consultations, unlimited video telemedicine check-ups, and access to 22 specialist doctors. Each household will receive one year of healthcare coverage for up to six members and free prescribed medicines distributed through the clinics.
“With the integration of M-Swasth into our Digital Naari platform, we are bringing quality and affordable healthcare to Bharat's doorstep. This partnership allows us to extend medical support through a network of 3,800 specialised e-clinics, ensuring families receive timely care,” said Anand Kumar Bajaj, Founder, MD & CEO, PayNearby.
The initiative aims to bridge the healthcare gap in remote locations where access to doctors and clinics remains limited. According to the companies, trained pharmacists and nurses will support qualified doctors in delivering guided consultations, follow-up care, and medicine distribution.
Neeraj Maheshwari, CEO & Co-Founder of M-Swasth, stated, “By integrating our telemedicine and e-clinic services with the trusted Digital Naari network, we are making healthcare more accessible. Our model ensures guided consultations from qualified doctors, assisted by pharmacists and nurses, and free medicines and follow-ups.”
In addition to healthcare delivery, the initiative is expected to expand the scope of work for women micro-entrepreneurs operating under the Digital Naari platform. Currently, over 75,000 women across 10,000 PIN codes are offering banking and digital services through the network.
The initiative leverages existing local networks to provide critical services where traditional healthcare infrastructure is lacking.
By embedding e-clinics within communities already served by Digital Naari representatives, the program aims to create sustainable healthcare access at scale.
