Healthtech Startup Biopeak Secures $2.7 Mn in funding led by Nikhil Kamath’s NKSquared

Bengaluru-based healthtech startup iopeak has raised $2.7 million in a follow-on funding round led by NKSquared, the investment vehicle of Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath.
The new capital infusion is aimed at expanding its operations, including the new clinic and enhancements of its diagnostic services, strengthening its artificial intelligence (AI) tools, research initiatives, and clinical programmes.
Founded in 2025 by Rishi Pardal and Shiva Subramanian, Biopeak specializes in AI-driven molecular diagnostics and health optimization programs aimed at extending human healthspan.
The platform integrates advanced diagnostics, including organic acid profiling, microbiome mapping, whole-exome functional genomics, and imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, DXA, and ECHO.
Further, its in-house clinics’ AI platforms analyze data from wearables and diagnostics to personalize health plans based on nutrition, sleep, stress, and other lifestyle factors.
Speaking of his thoughts on the investments, Rishi Pardal, Co-founder & CEO, said, “What’s been missing is a clinical system that connects diagnostics, specialists, and follow-up into one long-term view of health. The validation of our model over the past year has given investors the confidence to scale our physical and digital infrastructure.”
The startup aims to focus on early risk detection, longitudinal tracking, and performance optimization, designed for a “family health office” approach for its clients.
