Dubai Health Signs MoU with Johnson & Johnson MedTech to Advance Digital Healthcare Innovation

The partnership agreement establishes a collaborative framework aimed at enhancing clinical capabilities, boosting sustainability initiatives, and supporting the adoption of digital technologies to improve healthcare delivery.

Dubai Health has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Johnson & Johnson MedTech to strengthen healthcare innovation and accelerate digital transformation across its integrated health system.

The partnership agreement etablishes a a collaborative framework aimed at enhancing clinical capabilities, boosting sustainability initiatives, while supporting the adoption of digital technologies to improve healthcare delivery.

Reportedly, the MoU was signed by Dr. Hanan Al Suwaidi, Deputy CEO and Chief Academic Officer of Dubai Health, and Prosun Niyogi, Vice President and General Manager, Surgery Emerging Markets at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, in the presence of senior clinical leadership.

The partnership is structured around three key areas, the first pilillar protizes professional education and workforce development through customized training programs and train-the-trainer initiatives aimed at strengthening clinical expertise.

The second emphasizes sustainability, with initiatives intended to expand hospital recycling programs and promote environmentally responsible practices.

The third pillar aims to support the adoption of digital ecosystems, including surgical video capture, secure clinical content sharing, collaborative case planning, and telepresence-enabled remote education and clinical collaboration.

Commenting on the new partnership, Dr. Hanan Al Suwaidi said, “This strategic partnership with Johnson & Johnson MedTech reflects our commitment to healthcare excellence through purpose-driven partnerships.
