Dr Kousar Shah Takes Charge as ShardaCare Group CEO

Dr Kousar Shah has been appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer of ShardaCare - Healthcity, bringing with him over 25 years of leadership and operational expertise in healthcare management.

Dr Shah, who currently serves as Executive Vice President and Zonal Head at Max Healthcare, has previously held key leadership positions at Fortis Healthcare, BLK Super Speciality Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospitals, Artemis Health Institute, and Aakash Healthcare.

He is known for his focus on business growth, operational excellence, patient-centric care, and digital transformation.

His leadership track record includes launching new medical programs, improving hospital operations, digitising processes, and leading large teams of clinicians and staff towards higher standards of performance, patient satisfaction, and hospital transformation.
