Acentra Health Names Sreedevi Hegde to Lead India Operations, Strengthen Global Delivery Expansion

Sreedevi Hegde will lead Acentra Health's India operations while working closely with leaders across the Global Delivery Organization to expand delivery capabilities, strengthen governance frameworks and implement standardized operating practices.

US-based health tech company Acentra Health has appointed Sreedevi Hegde as Senior Vice President and India Country Head, a move aimed at expanding the company's India operations and accelerating the growth of its Global Delivery Organization (GDO).

Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, the company provides healthcare technology platforms and clinical services that help modernize claims processing, provider management, care management, clinical assessments and quality oversight.

Its Global Delivery Organization has been established to bring together shared services and operational functions under a unified model that improves efficiency, consistency and scalability across the enterprise.

In her new position, Sreedevi Hegde will lead Acentra Health's India operations while working closely with leaders across the Global Delivery Organization to expand delivery capabilities, strengthen governance frameworks and implement standardized operating practices.

The company expects the India organization to play a larger role as a global capability centre supporting its worldwide operations and future growth.

Hegde brings more than 24 years of experience in global capability centres, enterprise operations and organizational transformation.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles at Citi, Société Générale, Credit Suisse, Deloitte and Dell, where she has led business transformation initiatives, operational strategy and large-scale organizational development.

Most recently, she established a global capability centre in India for a US-based fintech company, Vervent, building the operation from the ground up to more than 250 professionals across over 15 business functions within 90 days.
