Tata Elxsi has partnered with Terumo Corporation to launch a Global Offshore Development Center (ODC) aimed at advancing cardiac and vascular technologies through integrated engineering, AI-driven development, and lifecycle support across international markets.

With increasing global demand for high-performance, patient-centric cardiovascular solutions, the collaboration reflects a strategic push to scale innovation while maintaining stringent safety and compliance standards.
Tata Elxsi, a global design and technology services company based in Bengaluru, brings experience in design-led engineering, positioning it as a key partner for regulated healthcare product development.
The newly launched centre brings together multidisciplinary teams spanning design, engineering, verification, regulatory compliance, and localisation. By integrating artificial intelligence and generative AI into software and product engineering workflows, the ODC aims to accelerate development timelines, improve precision in design, and support efficient regional customization.
