Andhra Pradesh Launches First Digital Nerve Center in Kuppam July 4, 2025 Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has inaugurated the State’s first Digital Nerve Center (DiNC) in Kuppam. Set up by Tata MD with the Gates Foundation, it connects 13 PHCs, 92 Village Health Centers, and the Area Hospital to digitize health records and offer virtual consultations, continuous care, and specialist services. The program will expand district-wide and then state-wide in phases.
