Varun Dubey Unveils India’s First Zero-Wait, Zero-Commission Hospital Model - SuperHealth
The first hospital is expected to launch in Bengaluru, with zero waiting, fixed pricing, and a hassle-free system for patients.
In a bold move to overhaul India’s hospital experience, healthcare veteran Varun Dubey has launched SuperHealth, a disruptive hospital chain promising zero patient wait time and no doctor commissions, a model that directly challenges some of the most entrenched inefficiencies in Indian healthcare.
Breaking cover after its stealth phase, SuperHealth aims to redesign hospital care from the ground up, prioritizing transparency, fixed pricing, zero hidden charges, and a design-first ecosystem that eliminates queues, billing stress, and opaque treatment flows.
The platform's twin pillars, “Zero Wait Time” and “Zero Commission”, aim to address deep-rooted pain points for both patients and doctors.
''Somehow, we have normalised a system that has failed both doctors and patients. It doesn’t have to be this way. We’re fixing it by reimagining hospitals from the ground up.'' Dubey shared on social media.
Dubey, a well-known name in healthcare and tech circles, previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Apollo Hospitals and CMO at Ola Electric and Practo. His team includes some of the most seasoned minds in Indian healthtech, such as Manoj Kumar, Co-founder & COO, part of Practo’s founding team and Dr Alexander Kuruvilla, Co-founder & Chief Medical Officer, former CEO of Apollo and Narayana Health, founder of Medica, and board member at SIMS and MGM
Together, the founding team brings experience from Apollo, Narayana, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, SIMS, and more.
