XRHealth Acquires Innerworld to Expand Medical XR Mental Health Services

Innerworld's platform hosts more than 120,000 users globally, enabling scalable support for individuals seeking continuous mental health engagement outside traditional clinical settings.

XRHealth has expanded its medical extended reality portfolio through the acquisition of Innerworld, a virtual mental health platform that delivers immersive, community-driven emotional support and behavioral health experiences.

The acquisition strengthens XRHealth’s position in the medical XR segment by integrating group therapy, peer support and guided mental health interventions within its clinical-grade XR ecosystem.

Founded by clinical psychologist Dr. Noah Robinson, Innerworld provides a large 3D virtual environment built around Cognitive Behavioral Immersion, offering 100+ weekly mental health sessions, community-based support groups, and 24/7 access to trained guides.

Innerworld's platform hosts more than 120,000 users globally, enabling scalable support for individuals seeking continuous mental health engagement outside traditional clinical settings.

Dr Noah Robinson, Founder, Innerworld, said, “Our goal has been to provide a safe, supportive and accessible mental health space that empowers users to build resilience and coping skills. Integrating with XRHealth allows us to bring this model into a broader medical XR framework that aligns with evidence-based therapeutic care.”

XRHealth’s existing platform includes immersive applications for physical rehabilitation, pain management, cognitive therapy and behavioral health.

The addition of Innerworld allows XRHealth to create a stepped-care pathway combining self-guided support, group-based interventions and clinical XR therapy.

Eran Orr, Founder and CEO, XRHealth, said, “Innerworld has built one of the strongest community-led mental health ecosystems in immersive environments. This acquisition enables us to expand access to structured behavioral health support and deliver integrated XR care models for stress, trauma and chronic mental health conditions.”

The acquisition reinforces growing momentum around medical XR solutions, as healthcare organizations adopt immersive technologies for therapy, rehabilitation and long-term behavioral health management.

XRHealth’s expanded portfolio is positioned to serve hospitals, behavioral health networks, wellness providers and virtual care ecosystems seeking scalable mental health interventions.
