Sandeep Dogra Elevated as Group COO of ShardaCare - Healthcity & Sharda Hospital
Prior to this role, Sandeep served as Chief Revenue Officer at Sharda Hospital, where he worked on new hospital setups, growth strategy, and operations.
ShardaCare—Healthcity and Sharda Hospital have announced Sandeep Dogra's elevation as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Sandeep, who has over 25 years of leadership experience across leading healthcare institutions, brings expertise in strategy, operations, and business transformation. His vision is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing the institution’s mission of delivering world-class healthcare.

Prior to this role, Sandeep served as Chief Revenue Officer at ShardaCare and Sharda Hospital, where he successfully steered strategic initiatives and organizational growth.
His earlier leadership roles include key roles at Max Healthcare, Fortis Healthcare, Care Hospitals, Apollo Hospitals, and The Nairobi West Hospital.
Last month, Dr Kousar Shah has been appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer of ShardaCare - Healthcity, bringing with him over 25 years of leadership and operational expertise in healthcare management. Dr Shah previously held key leadership positions at Fortis Healthcare, BLK Super Speciality Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospitals, Artemis Health Institute, and Aakash Healthcare.
