Pinky Promise Launches First Mumbai Clinic, Bringing its AI-Enabled Women’s Digital Care Model Offline

Patients can continue consultations digitally after visiting the clinic, reducing the need for repeated physical visits while maintaining continuity of care through the Pinky Promise app.

Pinky Promise, India’s first AI-enabled women’s digital clinic, has entered offline healthcare with the launch of its first physical clinic in Mumbai, extending its hybrid care model that combines app-based services with on-ground consultations.

The Mumbai-based digital health startup has previously delivered care to more than 400,000 women across all districts in India through its mobile platform, positioning itself as a scaled digital health player in women’s healthcare.

Its services have largely addressed gaps in access, privacy, and continuity, areas where traditional systems often fall short, particularly in gynaecological and preventive care.

With the new clinic in Andheri West, Pinky Promise, designed with a patient-centric lens, prioritising emotional safety, comfort, and inclusivity, aims to move away from conventional hospital settings that are often perceived as impersonal or intimidating, especially for women seeking sensitive care.

Speaking on the launch, Divya Balaji Kamerkar, CEO and Co-Founder of Pinky Promise, said, “We set out to reimagine the clinic experience by putting women at the centre of every decision. For too long, healthcare has felt transactional or intimidating. With this clinic, we are creating a space where women feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for, whether they interact with us online or in person.”

The clinic operates on an evidence-based care model, with an emphasis on avoiding unnecessary diagnostics or treatments.

A key differentiator remains its integration with the Pinky Promise app. Patients can continue consultations, receive follow-ups, and access ongoing medical advice digitally after visiting the clinic, reducing the need for repeated physical visits while maintaining continuity of care.

Backed by Rebalance Angels Collective and other angel investors, Pinky Promise has raised USD 1 Mn to expand its footprint across both digital and physical channels, indicating continued investor interest in tech-enabled, gender-focused healthcare platforms.
