The proposed capital infusion seeks to expand its managed-care hospital network and boost its integrated healthcare delivery model through digital technologies.

Bengaluru-based healthtech startup Even Healthcare is set to raise INR 208.24 crore (approximately $22 million) in a Series B funding round led by Khosla Ventures, as per the startup’s regulatory filings.

The round is expected to include participation from DLB Ventures, Simon Fiduciaria, ADBEEV LLP and Better Capital.

The proposed capital infusion seeks to support Even Healthcare’s plans to expand its managed-care hospital network.

Further, the healthtech startup also aims to strengthen its integrated healthcare delivery model through digital technologies, including AI-driven tools.

Additionally, the funding is expected to be utilized in the expansion of the startup’s telemedicine capabilities across its healthcare operations.

The Financial Terms

As per reports, Even Healthcare’s board has approved a special resolution to issue 1,91,228 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at a price of INR 10,889.91 per share to facilitate the fundraising.

Under the proposed investment structure, Khosla Ventures is set to contribute INR 145 crore, while DLB Ventures and Simon Fiduciaria will invest INR 38.88 crore and INR 22.67 crore, respectively.

Additionally, ADBEEV LLP and Better Capital will each invest around INR 1 crore.

The proposed funding comes just months after the company secured $20 million in January 2026 in a round led by Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave.

The latest Series B round is expected to take the startup’s valuation to around $300 million.

Khosla Ventures first invested in Even Healthcare during its $5 million seed round in 2021 and has participated in the startup's subsequent funding rounds.

Even Healthcare has raised $72.5 million across five funding rounds to date. Other investors include Sharrp Ventures, Lightrock, Rainmatter, and 8VC to date.

Founded in 2020, Even Healthcare operates a membership-based healthcare platform that offers primary care, diagnostic services, and hospital treatment.

The startup focuses on providing continuous patient care, with dedicated teams supporting patients through both virtual and in-clinic consultations, diagnostics, hospitalisation, and post-discharge recovery.

The company currently serves around 50,000 to 60,000 members in Bengaluru and between 200,000 and 300,000 patients across India through individual and corporate health plans.

It established its first hospital in Bengaluru last year and is expanding its hospital network, with plans to open four to five more hospitals by the end of this year.
