Oracle Health has launched the Oracle AI Center of Excellence for Healthcare, aimed at helping healthcare organizations deploy and optimize artificial intelligence across clinical, operational, and financial workflows.
The Center provides a hub of resources and technical expertise to support hospitals and health systems in AI adoption.
Backed by a dedicated team of Oracle experts, the Center offers secure cloud environments for experimentation, guidance on change management, support in creating and operationalizing AI agents, and access to best practices for AI-enabled business transformation.
“AI is fundamentally changing every industry, and the opportunities for AI-fueled transformation in healthcare are innumerable,” said Seema Verma, executive vice president and general manager, Oracle Health and Life Sciences. “By delivering a robust set of resources and expertise, the Oracle AI Center of Excellence for Healthcare helps healthcare organizations improve patient care, unlock deeper research, and streamline complex workflows.”
The Center focuses on key areas to assist healthcare organizations:
Collaboration with Experts: Healthcare providers gain access to a dedicated Oracle team to ideate, implement, test, and measure AI projects. They can also consult with experts from Oracle partners and system integrators and learn from the experiences of other healthcare organizations.
Resource Hub: The initiative provides a library of frameworks, implementation guides, resource requirements, and best practices to help organizations achieve efficiency and operational breakthroughs through AI.
Compliance Alignment: A dedicated team guides organizations in aligning AI initiatives with regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, PII, and data privacy standards.
Rapid Testing and Iteration: On-site sessions allow early-stage AI projects to be tested across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, and Oracle Health technology within secure cloud environments.
Adoption Support: Beyond technical assistance, the Center assists with organizational change management, user training, and seminars to demonstrate AI benefits at all enterprise levels.
The announcement was made at the Oracle Health and Life Sciences Summit in Orlando, Florida, on September 10, 2025.
