MediBuddy Appoints Sidhartha Mehra as CFO

At MediBuddy, Sidhartha will lead the company’s financial roadmap, oversee capital strategy, and ensure regulatory compliance.
MediBuddy, a leading digital healthcare platform, has appointed Sidhartha Mehra as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mehra has over 20 years of experience across Indian and international markets, having worked in areas including finance, legal, compliance, HR, investments, and procurement.
His career span roles where he has been involved in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and financial strategy across both multinational and high-growth companies.
At MediBuddy, Sidhartha will lead the company’s financial roadmap, oversee capital strategy, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Expressing enthusiasm, the newly appointed CFO said, “My focus will be on building a world-class finance function that enables scale, drives strategic growth, and unlocks long-term enterprise value. As per the startup, his extensive background in large-scale M&A, corporate restructuring, finance transformation, and capital allocation will support MediBuddy’s long-term value creation and growth ambitions.

Before joining MediBuddy, Mehra held senior roles at several prominent firms. Most recently, he served as CFO and CHRO at Zolo, leading company-wide transformation efforts and strengthening operational frameworks.
His earlier stints include leadership positions at Jupiter Capital, GE Capital, and Barclays, where he managed finance and compliance operations across regions such as the UK, Ireland, Belgium, and India.
Beyond his corporate career, Mehra is also a Professor of Practice at the Manipal Centre for Innovation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship, where he contributes to developing future leaders in finance and strategic management.
