Livlong 365 to Invest INR 100 Cr for OPD Expansion

The expansion will enable the delivery of affordable OPD care across Tier I and Tier II cities, aiming for $400–$500 Mn in revenue over the next five years.

Healthtech platform Livlong 365, backed by IIFL Group, will invest about ₹100 crore from internal accruals to set up 100 outpatient (OPD) branches by 2027.

Founded in 2021 by Gaurav Dubey, Livlong 365 was built out of IIFL’s insurance operations and has since evolved into a hybrid “payvidor,” a payer-provider model combining care delivery with financing.

Livlong 365 will use operating cash flows to fuel its expansion, reflecting strong revenue traction and profitability at the operational level.

The company’s founder and CEO, Gaurav Dubey, stated that the expansion will enable the delivery of affordable OPD care across Tier I and Tier II cities, aiming for $400–$500 Mn in revenue over the next five years.

Livlong’s Offerings

Mumbai-based Livlong 365 provides a full suite of outpatient healthcare solutions. This includes doctor consultations (both online and in-clinic), diagnostics with home sample collection, and home care services such as elder care.

The platform also offers OPD health plans, designed to standardize routine outpatient costs for families. In addition, it facilitates online medicine and insurance distribution through its digital platform.

Users can access services through the mobile app and website, ensuring both convenience and affordability.

Integration with India’s Digital Health Mission

In March 2025, Livlong integrated with ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account). The feature allows users to create and manage ABHA IDs directly on the platform.

This integration helps users securely access and share digital health records across hospitals and clinics. The company expects the move to boost adoption and retention as India’s National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) expands.

Livlong already claims a base of 11.7 lakh customers, working with 6,000+ doctors, 30+ NABL-accredited labs, and delivering services across 19,000 pincodes. The company operates under Livlong Protection & Wellness Solutions Ltd, an unlisted public company headquartered at IIFL House, Thane
