Guttify Plans INR 20 Cr Fundraise as Gut Health Gains Traction in India

The proposed fundraising comes as gut health gains wider consumer attention in India, with growing awareness around digestion, metabolic health, the microbiome and preventive wellness.

Delhi-based gut health startup Guttify is planning to raise INR 20 crore in its next funding round as it looks to expand its consumer health platform, strengthen diagnosis-led services and widen access to science-backed gut wellness solutions across India. The company’s most recent funding round valued Guttify at approximately INR 54 crore.

The proposed fundraise comes as gut health gains wider consumer attention in India, with growing awareness around digestion, metabolic health, the microbiome and preventive wellness. Guttify plans to use the capital to accelerate product development, strengthen its technology and diagnostic capabilities, invest in consumer education and expand distribution across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.

The company reported 67% quarter-on-quarter growth and approximately 20% monthly growth in its user base. It currently has a repeat-user rate of about 40%, according to the company.

Guttify also plans to expand its product portfolio across digestive and metabolic wellness needs, including constipation, bloating, digestion, liver health, and everyday gut wellness. The startup is positioning its offering around a diagnosis-led approach to consumer gut health.

The planned round follows an approximately INR 4 crore follow-on funding round in February 2026 and an approximately $360,000 extended seed round in May 2025. Guttify has raised more than INR 10 crore cumulatively to date.

Its investors include the family office associated with Unichem Laboratories, existing investors, and Indian and international high-net-worth individuals. Investors include Amandeep Singh Sodhi, co-founder of HOAGS Technologies.

The upcoming INR 20 crore round is expected to support Guttify’s expansion of its product, technology, and diagnostic infrastructure as the startup targets broader adoption of gut health solutions in the Indian consumer market.
