Healthcare Global Indore Appoints Vikram Jha as the Chief Operating Officer

In his new role, Jha will oversee operational performance and support business development at HCG’s Indore facility.

In a move to strengthen its leadership team, HealthCare Global (HCG) in Indore has appointed Vikram Jha as the Chief Operating Officer.

Vikram Jha brings over 12 years of extensive experience and leadership expertise in hospital operations, spanning sales and marketing, corporate business development, and revenue management.

In his previous role, Vikram Jha served as Head-Sales & Marketing and Cluster Head, Corporate Business at HCG, overseeing insurance and TPA operations across five hospital units in Gujarat and managing an INR 210 crore business portfolio.

His prior experience also includes leadership roles at Shalby Limited, KS Hospital, Fortis Healthcare, and NDR Medical Centre. His work has involved managing hospital business operations, leading teams, and managing corporate healthcare partnerships.

His experience in leading teams, managing business portfolios, and strengthening corporate healthcare partnerships reflects his commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.

In his new role, Jha will oversee operational performance and support business development at HCG’s Indore facility.

His responsibilities will draw on his experience in hospital administration, corporate partnerships, and revenue management.

His appointment is expected to enhance quality healthcare delivery, drive operational efficiency, and align healthcare operations with the organization's broader business objectives.

HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited, headquartered in Bengaluru, operates a network of 21 cancer centres, four multispecialty centres, and eight day care centres across the country. The organisation also works in clinical research and R&D.

Recently, HealthCare Global appointed Irfan Shaikh as Chief Operating Officer at its Ahmedabad facility to oversee P&L and support business growth for the facility.
