ClearMedi Goes Live with WellnessGPT Agentic Healthcare System in Partnership with HeyDoc AI

As part of the initial rollout, two agents are currently active across the ClearMedi network: a Booking Agent to streamline access to care and a Patient Channeling Agent that applies symptoms-to-specialty logic to guide patients to appropriate clinical expertise.

ClearMedi Healthcare and HeyDoc AI have announced the launch of the WellnessGPT Agentic Healthcare ecosystem, marking the live deployment of AI-driven agents across the ClearMedi hospital network.

The Morgan Stanley-backed hospital chain has gone live with the Agentic Healthcare ecosystem developed in collaboration with HeyDoc AI. The launch marks the formal public rollout and multi-site deployment of WellnessGPT agents across ClearMedi’s hospitals.

The collaboration was initiated following their interaction at the DHN HealthTech Innovation Challenge 2025, where the startup emerged as a finalist. The partnership was subsequently finalized to build India’s first Agentic Multi-Specialty Hospital powered end-to-end by HeyDoc AI’s WellnessGPT Care Agents.

Acknowledging this, Cdr. Navneet Bali, Executive Director and Group CEO of ClearMedi Healthcare, thanked Digital Health News in a LinkedIn post, stating, "To support our vision of healthcare for 'Everyone Everywhere Equally' we today become one of the world's first multispecialty chains to launch our agentic hospitals. The deployment brings AI-powered agents into daily hospital operations and personalized patient care workflows.

The WellnessGPT ecosystem is designed as a multi-agent system that supports hospital operations and patient journeys.

According to the healthtech startup, two agents are currently active across the ClearMedi network, as a part of the initial rollout, which includes a Booking Agent to streamline access to care and a Patient Channeling Agent that applies symptoms-to-specialty logic to guide patients to appropriate clinical expertise.

In the coming weeks, additional agents focused on patient care, follow-up and adherence, pharmacy, and insurance processes are expected to be rolled out across the network.

The agentic model is intended to shift operational load from clinicians and administrators while maintaining human oversight, enabling more structured and responsive healthcare delivery.
