Baby Memorial Hospital Group Partners with DeepInfinity.AI to Scale Healthcare AI in Workflows

The partnership will bring multiple AI applications under a common framework, covering clinical documentation, radiology and laboratory reporting, ICU notes, discharge summaries, medical record digitisation and back-office operations.

Baby Memorial Hospital (BMH) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with healthtech company DeepInfinity.AI to introduce an integrated AI Partner model across its clinical and operational workflows.

The partnership will bring multiple AI applications under a common framework, covering clinical documentation, radiology and laboratory reporting, intensive care unit (ICU) notes, discharge summaries, medical record digitisation and back-office operations.

The proposed model is designed to integrate with existing Hospital Information Systems (HIS), to reduce the complexity of managing multiple technology vendors while enabling the hospital group to coordinate multiple AI applications through a single technology partner.

BMH Group operates nine hospitals with more than 2,800 beds across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. The partnership is intended to establish a common approach to AI implementation, governance and performance measurement across its hospital network.

Dr. Anup Warrier, Group Chief of Medical Services, Baby Memorial Hospitals, said, “Through this partnership, we aim to take a more integrated approach to AI adoption, bringing applications across clinical and non-clinical functions under a coordinated framework. Our priority is to ensure that technology works alongside our existing systems, supports our healthcare professionals, and contributes to efficient, patient-centered care.”

Under the agreement, DeepInfinity.AI will provide AI applications supported by ambient voice technology, speech recognition, clinical natural language processing and large language models (LLMs).

These technologies will be applied to documentation, reporting and administrative processes, with individual applications scheduled for phased implementation based on mutual agreement between the organisations.

By automating routine documentation and reporting, the proposed AI system is expected to help clinicians spend less time on administrative tasks and more time with patients.

The framework also aims to improve the completeness and timely availability of clinical records, reports, and discharge summaries, while providing hospital management with greater visibility into operational workflows.

Rama Krishna Boya, Co-Founder and CEO, DeepInfinity.AI said, “Being chosen as Baby Memorial Hospital’s AI Partner is a privilege. One partner that truly understands a hospital’s clinicians, operations, and management can deliver AI faster, more safely, and at lower cost than a patchwork of point solutions. We hope this model becomes a blueprint for hospitals across India.”
