Prior to this role, he served as Facility Director at Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj, where he strengthened clinical governance and operational efficiency.

Under his stewardship, Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram has undertaken several community health and public awareness initiatives, including programs focused on thalassemia awareness, hypertension management, and preventive healthcare.
