Whoop Expands Advanced Labs Access to Non-Members, Adds Grail’s Galleri Cancer Test
The newly added Galleri test is available at nearly 2,000 Quest locations across the US. Results from the test are delivered through the Whoop app.
Fitness wearable company Whoop has expanded access to its Advanced Labs testing program beyond members and added Grail’s Galleri multi-cancer early detection test to the service.
Advanced Labs combines blood testing powered by Quest Diagnostics with clinician-reviewed results, artificial intelligence-driven insights and personalized health recommendations. The service, launched in 2025, provides assessments covering cardiovascular, metabolic and inflammatory health.
Testing through Advanced Labs starts at approximately $150. According to Whoop, eight in 10 users report discovering a “meaningful health finding” through the service, while more than half receive results that may warrant follow-up with a healthcare provider.

Grail’s Galleri is a multi-cancer early detection blood test designed to detect signals associated with multiple cancers. It is intended to complement, rather than replace, recommended cancer screening tests.
“We’re excited to work with WHOOP to bring Galleri to a community already highly engaged in understanding, monitoring and improving their health,” said Megan Hall, Ph.D., Grail’s vice president of medical affairs. She said the availability of multi-cancer early detection through health platforms could support earlier identification of cancer, when treatment may be more effective.
The expansion comes as Whoop broadens its services beyond fitness and wearable-based health tracking. The company now has more than 3 million members globally and raised $575 million in March, bringing its valuation to $10.1 billion, according to Fierce Biotech.
In June, Whoop partnered with HealthEx to allow users to connect medical records with biometric data through its app. Users can choose whether to connect their records, review what data is shared and disconnect the feature.
The company also introduced on-demand video consultations with licensed clinicians through its app in May, adding another healthcare service to its wearable-focused platform.
