Trivitron, ResoHealth Launch AI Joint Venture to Drive Hospital Digitization
The joint venture will primarily target mid-sized hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities in Tier-2 and Tier-3 regions, where digital infrastructure adoption remains uneven.
Medical device manufacturer Trivitron Healthcare has entered into a digital health joint venture with Dubai-based ResoHealth to launch Trivitron Digital AI, a platform focused on accelerating hospital digitization across India and other emerging global markets.
The joint venture will primarily target mid-sized hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities in Tier-2 and Tier-3 regions, where digital infrastructure adoption remains uneven. The platform aims to integrate diagnostic, clinical, and administrative workflows into a single digital system.
According to the companies, Trivitron Digital AI will offer a suite of cloud-based digital tools designed to support hospital operations. These include a Laboratory Information System (LIS) for end-to-end tracking of diagnostic samples, a web-based Picture Archiving and Communication System (Web-PACS) for browser-based access to imaging studies, and options for AI-assisted imaging highlights.
The platform will also feature a mobile-friendly Personal Health Record (PHR) that allows patients to access medical data digitally. An embedded AI assistant is expected to support administrative tasks and workflow coordination within hospitals.
Dr. G.S.K. Velu, Chairman and Managing Director of Trivitron Healthcare, said the initiative is focused on addressing the digital requirements of mid-sized healthcare institutions. He noted that hospital digitization is increasingly linked to operational efficiency and clinical decision-making.
ResoHealth Co-Founder Dr. Vas Metupalle said the joint venture aims to create a system where healthcare data can move securely across departments, supporting clinical and operational workflows. He added that the platform is designed to assist clinicians, administrators, and patients through centralized digital access.
The companies said Trivitron Digital AI will operate across India and select emerging international markets, with an initial focus on healthcare providers seeking to modernize legacy systems without large-scale infrastructure overhauls.
No financial details of the joint venture were disclosed.
