Tech Mahindra Partners With PeaceHealth to Build AI-Driven Healthcare Ecosystem

The partnership will focus on building an AI-driven, future-ready healthcare ecosystem aimed at enhancing operational resilience and strengthening PeaceHealth’s technology capabilities while enabling the health system to focus on patient care.

Tech Mahindra has partnered with PeaceHealth, a US-based faith-based not-for-profit health system, to modernize and manage key technology operations as part of PeaceHealth’s long-term digital transformation journey.

The partnership will focus on building an AI-driven, future-ready healthcare ecosystem aimed at enhancing operational resilience and strengthening PeaceHealth’s technology capabilities while enabling the health system to focus on patient care.

As part of the partnership, Tech Mahindra and its US-based healthcare subsidiary, The HCI Group, will modernize and manage key IT operations across applications, infrastructure, data, and security.

The companies will leverage Tech Mahindra’s healthcare technology expertise to support service scalability, operational efficiency, and technology operations at PeaceHealth. The engagement is also expected to enable PeaceHealth to focus on technology strategy and governance alongside its broader patient care priorities.

The partnership expands Tech Mahindra’s Healthcare and Life Sciences portfolio in North America. Its capabilities span AI, cloud, cybersecurity, digital engineering, and managed services, combined with healthcare domain expertise.

Tech Mahindra currently supports more than 200 healthcare provider organizations across the United States. Its healthcare portfolio includes consulting, healthcare technology modernization, and EHR implementation and support.

The company said its global delivery model and onshore presence support large-scale healthcare modernization initiatives while maintaining operational continuity.
