Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, has inaugurated its Customer Experience Center at the Stryker Global Technology Center (SGTC) in Gurugram.
This facility aims to provide an interactive environment for healthcare professionals to experience Stryker’s extensive range of medical equipment and technologies.
The new Customer Experience Center features a variety of Stryker’s medical products, including ICU beds, emergency transport ambulance cots, surgeon stools, and automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
Further, healthcare professionals will be able to engage with these products through personalized demonstrations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their capabilities.
The center is designed to address current challenges faced by caregivers and improve patient outcomes.
On the launch, Aman Rishi, VP & GM, Stryker, India, said, "Our new Customer Experience Center showcases our acute care and emergency care products that enable an effective care environment and deliver value across the continuum of care, helping ensure safety, efficiency, and improved outcomes for caregivers and patients."
In addition to the Customer Experience Center, Stryker recently expanded its prototype and testing facility in India, reflecting significant growth in its research and development footprint within the country.
The advanced 55,600-square-foot facility integrates advanced infrastructure, enhanced microbiology capabilities, and a dedicated team to drive innovation and ensure product quality across Stryker’s medical technology portfolio.
The new lab has cutting-edge infrastructure for plastic 3D printing, metal machining, and a diverse range of testing capabilities. This enables comprehensive prototyping and product assurance across Stryker’s entire product range.
The facility also strengthens Stryker’s ability to conduct microbiological testing, ensuring the safety and efficacy of its medical technologies.
Highlighting the importance of this investment, Ram Rangarajan, VP, Stryker Global Technology Center in India, said, "Investing in innovation from India is a focus area for Stryker.
