Sanofi Signs LoI With Tricog Health for AI-Enabled Cardiac Diagnostics

Under the three-year collaboration, Sanofi will provide Tricog with mentorship and market access support, along with potential financial investment

Sanofi Healthcare India has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Bengaluru-based health-tech startup Tricog Health to support the development and expansion of its AI-enabled cardiac diagnostic solutions in India.

Under the three-year collaboration, Sanofi will provide Tricog with mentorship and market access support, along with potential financial investment. Tricog develops virtual cardiac diagnostic tools and services that combine artificial intelligence with medical expertise.

Sanofi connected with Tricog during the Bharat Innovates 2026 summit, where the Ministry of Education, Government of India, showcased 120 Indian deep-tech startups at a global platform in France.

The partnership comes as part of the broader India-France Year of Innovation 2026, a bilateral initiative focused on strengthening innovation and collaboration between the two countries.

Sanofi also plans to engage with other healthcare innovators identified through the Bharat Innovates initiative. These include startups and research organizations emerging from Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), higher education institutions, incubators, and innovation hubs.

The company said it will extend support to additional healthcare innovators, including Ahammune Biosciences and the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), which are working on healthcare challenges through research and technology.

The collaboration with Tricog adds to Sanofi's engagement with India's deep-tech startup ecosystem, with the initial focus on AI-enabled cardiac diagnostics and potential pathways for market access and investment.
