The collaboration seeks to unify patient data previously scattered across mobile apps, websites, CRMs, and booking platforms, addressing challenges in tracking user behavior and funnel progression.

Pathkind Labs, a major diagnostic and preventive healthcare provider in India, has partnered with WebEngage, a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Automation provider, to improve patient engagement and optimize user journeys across its digital ecosystem.

The collaboration seeks to unify patient data previously scattered across mobile apps, websites, CRMs, and booking platforms, addressing challenges in tracking user behavior and funnel progression. Fragmented campaigns had led to inconsistent patient experiences, limiting visibility into engagement metrics.

Through the partnership, Pathkind has integrated data from all digital touchpoints into a cohesive framework, enabling better tracking of patient progression and identification of drop-offs. Automated journeys, such as the ‘Maximum Attempt Journey,’ now re-engage disengaged users, improving lead recovery and engagement rates.
