Medicover Hospitals, a Hyderabad-based super-specialty healthcare chain, has announced plans to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2026 as part of its strategy to expand infrastructure and reduce debt, company officials said on Monday.
The hospital group also outlined its immediate expansion plans in Telangana, which include the addition of two new multi-specialty hospitals in the city, according to a press release shared by the company.
Speaking at a media interaction, Dr. Anil Krishna, Chairman and Managing Director of Medicover Hospitals, said, “The group has set a turnover target of Rs 2,000 crore for the current financial year.”
The planned IPO in 2026 aims to support both the group’s growth initiatives and financial restructuring.
The expansion of facilities in Telangana reflects Medicover’s efforts to strengthen its presence in key urban healthcare markets.
