Marengo Asia Hospitals has entered into a strategic clinical partnership with Metis – The Medicity Hospital, a multi-specialty healthcare facility based in Varanasi. As part of this alliance, Marengo will oversee the operations and management of the 300-bed tertiary care hospital.

This collaboration marks Marengo Asia Hospitals’ expansion in the North Cluster, taking its total hospital network to five facilities and over 1,800 beds.

The move aligns with the group’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in northern India and replicate its clinical model across new geographies.

Under this partnership, Marengo Asia Hospitals will implement its standardized clinical protocols, technology-led systems, and outcome-based care delivery frameworks at the Varanasi unit. The integration aims to enhance clinical governance and ensure consistent quality of care across its network.

Located along the NH2 corridor, Metis - The Medicity Hospital is a key healthcare center for eastern Uttar Pradesh, western Bihar, and surrounding regions. The hospital has modular operation theaters, 24x7 emergency and critical care services, advanced diagnostics, and surgical infrastructure.

According to Marengo Asia Hospitals, the collaboration benefits Metis's existing patient base while improving access to super-specialty services for patients from nearby towns, villages, and districts.
