Laxmi Dental Launches AI-Connected Platform for Remote Dental Monitoring
The platform combines aligner monitoring, oral health assessments, and virtual consultations into a single connected ecosystem designed for dental treatment workflows.
Laxmi Dental Limited has launched i Scope360, an AI-connected remote dental monitoring platform aimed at reducing physical clinic visits and improving treatment continuity through virtual supervision and digital tracking.
The platform combines aligner monitoring, oral health assessments, and virtual consultations into a single connected ecosystem designed for dental treatment workflows.
According to the company, i Scope360 can help reduce physical follow-up visits by nearly 30–50% while improving treatment compliance by approximately 20–30% through remote monitoring and connected patient engagement.
The system has been developed and manufactured in India using dental-grade materials and is intended to support digitally connected dental care models for both domestic and international markets.
The platform operates through three integrated modules — iTrack, iHealth, and iTrack Live. Patients can upload guided scans through smartphones, allowing dentists to remotely monitor treatment progress, assess oral health conditions, and conduct scheduled virtual consultations.
Laxmi Dental said the launch addresses several operational and patient management challenges faced by the dental industry, including fragmented workflows, delayed interventions, inconsistent treatment compliance, and heavy dependence on physical clinic visits.
The company added that patients often face issues related to travel requirements, missed follow-ups, appointment scheduling delays, and limited visibility into treatment progress, which the platform aims to address through connected digital workflows.
Unlike conventional teleconsultation platforms focused mainly on communication, i Scope360 has been designed specifically for dental treatment management by integrating treatment monitoring, remote supervision, oral health assessments, scan tracking, and patient engagement into a single system.
The platform also includes automated reminders, smartphone-based accessibility, and virtual consultation support intended to improve communication between clinics and patients throughout treatment journeys.
Rajesh Khakhar, founder and chairman of Laxmi Dental, said the company is focusing on extending dental care beyond physical clinics through digitally connected care models. Managing Director and CEO Sameer Merchant said the platform has been developed to improve treatment continuity, accessibility, and patient engagement while reducing dependence on frequent in-person visits.
The launch comes amid increasing adoption of digital orthodontics and remote monitoring technologies across the dental sector as providers move toward connected and preventive care models.
Founded in 2004, Laxmi Dental operates across the dental products segment and has a presence in more than 95 countries, according to the company.
