K Health’s AI Now Available on Mayo Clinic Platform

The solution includes two key components: the Medical Chat for patients and the Provider Co-Pilot for clinicians.
K Health has announced that its AI Physician Mode will now be accessible through the Mayo Clinic Platform.
This move will bring its clinical automation capabilities to more than 2,500 primary care physicians across 31 health systems in the Mayo network.
The AI-powered Physician Mode integrates directly with a provider’s electronic medical records (EMR) system to automate patient intake and present illness history (HPI), creating structured and detailed patient charts before the consultation. This streamlines decision-making and allows physicians to focus on patient care.
The solution includes two key components: the Medical Chat for patients and the Provider Co-Pilot for clinicians.
Before an appointment, patients complete an intelligent Medical Chat from home or in the office. This chat gathers comprehensive intake data and merges it with existing EMR records.
This information is then used to build a “perfect chart” for the provider. The Provider Co-Pilot summarizes the chart and offers actionable clinical insights such as potential diagnoses, care gaps, and suggested plans, all displayed within the provider’s EMR interface.
“When patients walk into a physician’s office, their doctor should have personalized information about them right at their fingertips, synthesizing relevant actions without the provider needing to look through the EMR,” said Allon Bloch, Co-Founder and CEO at K Health.
The addition of K Health to the Mayo Clinic Platform Solutions Studio follows a rigorous qualification process. This program is designed to fast-track the evaluation and deployment of digital health innovations by offering developers access to global, de-identified datasets and streamlined integration with clinical systems.
“Working with Mayo Clinic Platform speeds up digital healthcare innovation. It gives digital health companies the tools, data, and capabilities they need to more efficiently and effectively develop and deploy AI and data-centric solutions. When a solution is qualified, providers can trust it has been reviewed for adherence to responsible AI principles, all aimed at supporting care teams and improving patient outcomes,” said Steve Bethke, VP of Solution Developer Market at Mayo Clinic Platform.
Over the past year, K Health has expanded its reach through partnerships with leading health systems, including Cedars-Sinai, Hackensack Meridian Health, and Hartford HealthCare. The company’s clinical AI tools aim to improve access, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance care quality.
Founded in 2016 and based in New York, K Health is a Clinical AI platform that supports virtual and in-person care. It has raised over $400 million from investors such as Valor Equity Partners, Claure Group, and Mangrove Capital Partners.
