IQSTEL Expands Into Digital Health with Strategic Partnership to Deliver AI-Powered Remote Care Globally

The integrated platform is designed to support continuous patient monitoring, facilitate earlier identification of health risks, and convert large volumes of clinical and device-generated data into actionable healthcare insights.

IQSTEL, a US-based, multinational technology holding company, has entered the digital health sector through a strategic partnership with a digital health technology company, marking a new phase in the telecommunications provider’s diversification strategy.

The agreement is expected to enable the company to commercialize AI-powered remote patient monitoring, connected medical devices, and digital health platforms through its global telecom distribution network.

The move positions IQSTEL to tap into the expanding digital health market, which continues to grow as healthcare systems increasingly adopt remote monitoring technologies, connected care infrastructure, and predictive analytics tools.

Under the non-binding commercial MoU, IQSTEL plans to integrate its partner’s digital health technologies into its commercial portfolio and distribute those offerings through telecom operators worldwide.

The company said its existing network reaches more than 600 telecom operators and provides indirect access to approximately 2.3 billion end users through partner ecosystems.

The digital health partner brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare innovation and has developed a technology stack that combines IoT-enabled medical devices, wearable technologies, cloud-based digital health platforms, remote patient monitoring systems, and artificial intelligence-powered analytics.

The integrated platform is designed to support continuous patient monitoring, facilitate earlier identification of health risks, and convert large volumes of clinical and device-generated data into actionable healthcare insights.

Leandro Iglesias, President & CEO of IQSTEL, commented, "This partnership represents a major milestone in our strategy to transform IQSTEL into a high-tech, high-margin platform company. We have already built a strong global telecom business platform, and now we are leveraging that foundation to enter the Digital Health market, one of the fastest-growing sectors globally. By combining our distribution capabilities with our Digital Health partner's proven technology, experience, and AI-driven solutions, we are creating a powerful opportunity to scale this business globally."

IQSTEL and its partner are expected to formally unveil their joint digital health offerings at International Telecoms Week 2026 in Washington, D.C., scheduled for May.

The launch is intended to introduce the solutions directly to telecom operators and ecosystem stakeholders who may serve as commercialization partners in international markets.

Ahead of the event, IQSTEL said it plans to release further details regarding the products and services that will form part of its digital health portfolio.
